iHeartMedia St. Louis recognizes the effect Breast Cancer has on the women in the African American community and their families. We continue our dedication to the African American community in 2025 encouraging women to get mammograms because early detection saves lives. This year we are hosting our 16th Annual Sista Strut 3K Walk and Car Parade sponsored by Brown & Croupen and St. Louis Community Credit Union on Saturday, October 4^TH in Downtown St. Louis at the corner of 14th and Market to continue bringing awareness and raise money to give back to the community. 

We look forward to seeing you Saturday, October 4^th starting at 7:00am
