Walking through the grocery store this week I really noticed the abundance of products that are now called Pumpkin Spice from cereal and oatmeal to creamer and ice cream... There are just so many to choose from but, nothing beats a good old fashioned Fall, make it from scratch in your own kitchen, muffin recipe. These are great. The ingredients are so simple and these seem really doable for anyone who doesn't really bake all the time. Her not so secret ingredient, plain yogurt! The Domestic Geek shows us how to make Pumpkin Spice, Apple Walnut and Carrot Cake Muffins. Yummy. I love that she uses an ice cream scoop to place her batter in the muffin cups.
